1. Who can use the platform
Anyone 18 or older can create an account and publish work they own or have the right to distribute. Accounts may be suspended for spam, impersonation, or repeat copyright violations.
2. Your work stays yours
You keep full ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute it so the platform can work.
3. Sales and payouts
Sales and memberships are processed by our payment partner and paid to you directly. The platform deducts a collection fee from each transaction; the current rate is shown in your studio.
4. Prohibited content
No explicit adult content, no stolen work, no hate speech, no illegal material. Reported content is reviewed by a moderator.
5. Changes
We'll give notice before making material changes to these terms.
